The Role

As the Product Manager- Planning & Scheduling Solutions, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of Innovapptive’s MPS product, seamlessly integrated with leading CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, and Oracle JD Edwards.

You will work closely with customers, engineers, and UX designers to transform complex maintenance workflows into intelligent, user-friendly digital solutions that empower planners, schedulers, and technicians to work smarter.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for Innovapptive’s Maintenance Planning & Scheduling solution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate maintenance planning and scheduling challenges into impactful product features.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring each release delivers measurable value.
• Drive seamless integration with enterprise CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, JD Edwards).
• Define success metrics around schedule compliance, backlog reduction, and planner productivity.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive adoption and demonstrate ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of combined experience in Product Management and Maintenance Planning & Scheduling or CMMS.
• Hands-on understanding of preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP PM (must), IBM Maximo or Oracle JD Edwards modules.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to engage both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Certifications (good to have): CMRP, or SAP PM Functional.
• Experience working with asset-intensive industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, or Manufacturing.
